Expected outputs:

• confirmation that the captured frame contains 3648 effective detector pixels in the required order;

• a recorded definition of the effective-pixel boundaries;

• a disposition for any non-effective samples transported with the frame; and

• a match result against the approved embedded/host frame contract.

No total sample count, effective-start index, or trailing dummy count is currently normative. Those values are Not In Docs until the shared frame contract is approved.
